FABRICATION
6500 Sq ft (65′-0 wide × 100′-0 long) Fabrication Shop
Two – 18′ high x 24′ wide overhead doors (east and west side)
O/H Crane (10-ton capacity) – 21′-0 hook height
Eight welding stations (Miller welders – stick, wire feed – Flux and Metal core)
Shear / Punch – Ironworker (Peddinghaus 110/140) 1 ¼ dia hole up to 1 1/8″ plate (1″ dia × 3″ slot up to ½* plate). Capable of shearing plates, rods, channels and angles. (Cope shear included)
14″ × 20″ Band saw – Hydmech 20S
Plasma cutting – Up to 1.25″ thick
Hydraulic punch Portable – Hydraulic
2 radial arm drill press up to 3″ dia
Burning table – 6′ × 12′ c/w 3 semi-automatic acetylene/plasma torches.

450 cfm high volume screw compressor (Blasting unit).
Wired for 3 welding machines for additional welding capacity
